Update: 5.2-magnitude quake strikes south China's Guangxi: CENC

BEIJING, May 18 (Xinhua) -- A 5.2-magnitude earthquake struck Liunan District of Liuzhou City in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region at 0:21 a.m. Monday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

The epicenter was monitored at 24.38 degrees north latitude and 109.26 degrees east longitude. The quake struck at a depth of 8 km, said a report issued by the CENC.
